Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using GorillaSaaS. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@example.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2.1 Team accounts

When you invite members to a team, you take responsibility for their actions within the Service. You may remove members at any time from the Settings → Team page.

3. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• Free plan — no credit card required, usage limits apply.
• Pro plan — $19/month or $182/year (save 20%).
• Enterprise plan — custom pricing, contact sales.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

Violations include but are not limited to: spam, phishing, malware distribution, and unauthorised data scraping.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content remain the exclusive property of GorillaSaaS and its licensors. Your data belongs to you; we claim no ownership over content you upload or create.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GorillaSaaS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
