Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the GorilliSaaS platform operated by GorilliSaaS (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.
1. Use of Service
You may use our services only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we terminate it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings page.
4. Free Trial
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the free trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the free trial has expired.
5. Refunds
Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GorilliSaaS and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely in connection with providing the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GorilliSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
